Sire: Twyford Maple (Imp) Dam: Nattai Ragtime

Nattai Bedwyn, named by his breeder, the late Lady Creswick, after our Coed Coch Bedwyn (Imp), was purchased by Llanfairbryn in partnership with Miss Jenny McDonald (now Mrs P Timms) and joined the Stud in November 2003. His breeding complements our Coed Coch/Twyford bloodlines. Twyford Maple (Imp) was a Royal Melbourne Show Champion and was sired by Rhyd-y-Felin Swgwr (full brother to Coed Coch Siaradus) and out of the beautiful matron Twyford Magpie. Bedwyn's dam Nattai Ragtime (full sister to Melbourne and Sydney Royal Show Supreme Champion Nattai Cream of Eppynt) is sired by world record price holder, the legendary Coed Coch Bari (Imp).

Bedwyn, a multi Supreme Champion, was Champion stallion at the 2001 Victorian All-Welsh Show under Dorthe Bagason of Denmark. At the 2006 Welsh Nationals, under David Puttock and Marie-Claire Nimmo of the UK Bedwyn was Champion Welsh Mountain Pony Stallion, Australian National Champion Welsh Mountain Pony and Australian National Champion Welsh Stallion (ABC&D).

Arielen Maestro

Current Stallion

S-2282 AWSB Foaled 1999

Sire: Imperial Mendel (Waxwing Herod (Imp UK) x Imperial Madonna

Dam: Dalgangle Carrie (Arielen Strauss x Erindale Cyntaff)

In January 2015 we purchased the chestnut stallion Arielen Maestro to complement our breeding program. Maestro was bred by Adrian and Helen Slee of Arielen Stud and was purchased from Ian and Michele Baker of Glynyarra Park Stud.

Maestro was sired by Imperial Mendel (Waxwing Herod (Imp) x Imperial Madonna by Revel Pye (Imp)) and is out of the beautiful WP&CSofA Junior Pony of the Year Dalgangle Carrie (now deceased) who was by Arielen Strauss (Coed Coch Gwyndaf (Imp) x Stanton Park Sonnet) and out of Erindale Cyntaf by Persie Concord (Imp). Dalgangle Carrie is from Dalgangle's renowned 'C' family which has produced so many show ring winners and traces on the female line to the Coed Coch bred Glangwesyn ponies imported many years ago by Mrs Horn.

An up to height masculine pony with a very neat head and big free movement, Maestro is more than 50% Coed Coch, with the balance predominantly Revel.
